A new digital Access Permit system has been introduced.

As from January 2017, a new electronic system has been introduced to allow accredited users to create long-term and short-term permits.

The system, named Digital Information Desk, accessible through Port Community System (PCS) website, is a direct line with Western Ligurian Sea Port Authority – Savona headquarters aimed at providing a variety of services which also encompass the immediate and transparent management of: company and employee data as well as (long-term or short-term) access permits.

PCS website at URL pcs.porto.sv.it

For detailed information on the new service, it is recommended to check out POS FAQ sign-up procedure and FAQ Access permit by clicking the footer on this page.
After having completed sign-up procedure, the user is allowed to read the USER GUIDE on long-term access permits and process an application and/or renewal.

Printed applications no longer allowed.

To facilitate the switch  from paper to the new electronic system, we would like to inform you that:

  • access permits expired before 31/12/2016, have been automatically postponed to April 30th2017;
  • companies and employee data (including photos) already held by Port Authority will already be available for users without further digital entry. Users will exclusively need to check, to amend or enter missing data, if required;
  • personalised badges, already held by workers, will still be valid, under the new system.

Further information on this subject may be received by e-mailing permessi.pcs@porto.sv.it, or calling +39 019 855 4200.
