The project foresees the demolition and construction of a new viaduct which spans across the Arcelor Mittal rail yard, the Genoa-Ventimiglia railway line and Via Siffredi. The infrastructure works are part of the project of the Christopher Columbus Airport connection to the TEN-T rail corridor.
