Genoa's new breakwater is the result of a public debate

The plan for the construction of the new Breakwater of the Port of Genoa can be cited as the first major public infrastructure project in Italy to have been debated in an official public consultation, with live coverage in streaming - due to Covid emergency restrictions - viewed by over 150,000 people.
