Consolidation of Quays 33 and 32 to the south of the Port of Savona Alti Fondali

The project involves a series of interventions designed to to restore and upgrade Quays “Scassa 33” and 32 to the south of the Port of Savona Alti Fondali, a strategic area for Ro-Ro and heavy machinery traffic.

The works include not only the reconstruction of the quays damaged in March 2024 by severe sea storms, but also an upgrade across consolidation works and dredging operations to counteract erosion and provide protection, and ensure the infrastructure’s resilience.
The aim of the project is to guarantee greater long-term stability and safety, in compliance with latest technical requirements and the expected increase in vessel traffic volumes.
