Digitalisation of Vado Ligure Rail Terminal and Faro Gate

The project foresees the installation of 6 portals equipped to read and identify containers in real-time, with onward data transmission into the Port Community System, and the revamping of the Faro Gate serving heavy goods vehicles. The objective is to streamline supply chain operations by digitalising the flow of data to the multiple stakeholders and by automating the tracking of the cargo across the use of the technological portals which will be installed along both the road and rail networks in the Port of Vado Ligure.
