From April 13 to 16, the Ports of Genoa will take part in Seatrade Cruise Global in Miami, the leading international exhibition dedicated to the cruise industry, held at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Now in its 41st edition, the event is expected to welcome over 11,000 visitors from 128 countries, offering the opportunity to engage with more than 70 global cruise brands.

The Western Ligurian Sea Port Authority will showcase its cruise services at the Assoporti Stand, sharing with the other Italian Sea Port Authorities the CruiseItaly area, located at booth 909 in Hall B.

The Ports of Genoa represent a strategic international hub for cruise activity, registering just under 2.5 million passengers in 2025, a 6.1% increase on the previous year. The passenger count confirmsthe wide appeal of the Ligurian cities as cruise destinations. The Ports of Genoa and Savonaconsolidate their leadership as key cruise tourism hubs, consistently ranking among the most appreciated ports of call and turnaround ports at both national and Mediterranean level.

Seatrade Cruise Global 2026 in Miami will once again provide the Western Ligurian Sea Port Authority with the opportunity to boost relations with international stakeholders, present ongoing development projects in the cruise sector, and explore new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
